I stayed in a Balcony King Room. The room had a stunning canal view and a spacious balcony. The bathroom was luxurious with high-quality L'Occitane toiletries. Loved the comfy bed and the free minibar. The staff welcomed me with complimentary Prosecco upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Perfect location near shops and nightlife!

I had such a great time at this hotel, where the staff were incredibly friendly and the location made it so easy to explore all the nearby attractions, like the vibrant Piccadilly Gardens just a short walk away and the trendy Northern Quarter full of life and unique shops.

The unique design of the Premium King Room was impressive! ! It truly felt like a perfect boutique hotel experience. The city view from my room elevated the ambiance significantly.

We discovered that the hotel is just a short walk to Piccadilly Gardens and the stunning Manchester Town Hall, making our city strolls so enjoyable. plus, the lovely bar downstairs added to our evening fun, with a good show and great music.

we stayed in a suite at velvet, and it was spacious and luxurious! the large bed was super comfortable. the quality of the tea and coffee was a nice touch. the bathroom had a stylish setup with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, making it feel like a true getaway.
