I stayed in a Balcony King Room. The room had a stunning canal view and a spacious balcony. The bathroom was luxurious with high-quality L'Occitane toiletries. Loved the comfy bed and the free minibar. The staff welcomed me with complimentary Prosecco upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Perfect location near shops and nightlife!

I had such a great time at this hotel, where the staff were incredibly friendly and the location made it so easy to explore all the nearby attractions, like the vibrant Piccadilly Gardens just a short walk away and the trendy Northern Quarter full of life and unique shops.
